Rebecca Niner, Intern

Courtney Stevenson, LCSW-C

Rebecca is a clinical intern and current graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Johns Hopkins University. Working in the treatment of mental health and substance use disorders for the past several years, she practices from an existential-humanistic orientation using an eclectic blend of techniques uniquely suited to each client. Rebecca aims to create a non-judgmental space for the client and therapist to have a genuine encounter. She is a strong proponent of a holistic approach to therapy that addresses the mind, body, and spirit through mindfulness and acceptance-based practices. Though she specializes in working with adolescents and adults, Rebecca is well-versed in social justice and multicultural competencies and welcomes all persons to the therapeutic relationship. If you are ready to begin your journey to mental wellness, Rebecca is ready to join you.
