Myya is currently attending Towson University for her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology on the researcher track. Myya approaches therapy with a person-centered orientation to meet the needs of clients. She believes that having a supportive, collaborative, and genuine therapy relationship helps promote change. Myya takes an empathetic approach to helping her clients develop positive coping skills, identify their values, and reach their goals. She has an eclectic style and uses a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. She is committed to providing a space for clients to explore and grow and support them on their journey to optimal well-being.
