Katelyn O’Connor is currently attending Walden University for her Master’s Degree in clinical mental health counseling. Katelyn practices from a Cognitive Behavioral approach and also utilizes concepts from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness.
She has experience working with teenagers and adults with a wide range of diagnoses including anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. Katelyn believes that the therapeutic relationship works best as a partnership. She works with the client to provide tools to challenge their thought process and behaviors resulting in positive change and overall improvement.
