As a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor, Kaity believes in mind-body wellness and the integration of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. She works with clients to grow their self-awareness and develop mindfulness-based practices that help guide them towards accomplishing their goals. Her experience stems from working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with adults and adolescents. Kaity specializes in addressing depression and anxiety and has experience working in areas including mood disorders, substance use, trauma and behavioral issues to name a few.
