Justin Mann, LMSW
Justin believes in the inherent value of the person. He and his clients explore that value to enhance individual feelings of well-being, worth, pride, and power to establish and/or enhance healthy, productive behavior. To Justin, his work is collaborative with his clients, and works with them to achieve meaningful personal goals. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and brings the values of integrity, service, and excellence to his practice. He provides outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Justin utilizes concepts from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused treatment (SFT) to help clients make sense of, and identify solutions to what concerns them. He has clinical experience treating depression, anxiety, anger management, grief/loss, family relationship conflicts, stress management, and increasing self-compassion and self-worth. Justin has worked extensively with individuals affected by domestic violence and persons with legal backgrounds.
