Jeanne helps individuals, couples and adolescents discover a comfortable sense of self. In a safe, supportive and understanding environment, she helps empower clients to use their own strengths and talents to heal wounds, live life with confidence and self-esteem, cultivate richer relationships, and develop emotional health and balance.
Using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, client-centered and psychodynamic, Jeanne works with each client to develop the most effective way to address the client’s unique needs. She draws on her multi-discipline experience that includes her earlier career in business and her passion for the mind-body connection. Jeanne believes every individual has the ability to heal themselves and reach their greatest potential. Her job is to help facilitate that transformation.
