BWCC Internship Program INformation

To apply to the BWCC Internship Program, you MUST be:

  • Seeking an internship for a minimum of 8 months
  • A second-year (advanced) graduate student from an accredited counseling or social work program
  • Able to obtain professional liability (malpractice) insurance

Application materials:

  • Cover letter containing the following information:
    • How you found out about the program
    • Description of any previous clinical experience*
    • Start and end dates
    • Availability to attend internship (specific days of the week and hours of availability)
  • Resume
  • The requirements for your graduate school’s internship course(s) (e.g., number of hours needed, supervision requirements, etc.)

*Previous clinical experience is preferred, but not required, to apply.
