Courtney Stevenson, LCSW-C

Do you feel you could benefit from a professional supporting you in determining what is holding you back from achieving your own life goals? Or dealing with life issues that interfere with your current day to day functioning?  Hollie Mills, LCSW-C will partner with you to create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment to support you in working towards achieving goals you want to work on. She believes in the inherent value of every person. Hollie can support you in identifying natural strengths you already possess to boost you into the transformative process that often occurs during therapy sessions.

The bulk of Hollie's career has been spent focused on working with kids, adolescents and their families in a treatment setting. Hollie uses a variety of therapy modalities including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR and Dialectical Therapy (DBT) which are both evidence-based practices with research showing their effectiveness. She also uses Sand Tray Therapy and Play Therapy for children, but also with those whom prefer more of a non- direct/expressive approach. Hollie looks forward to working with you!
