Christine Rykiel, LCSW-C

Christine Rykiel, LCSW-C started BWCC in 2007 with the goal of providing quality, affordable psychotherapy services that are focused on promoting client-centered, goal oriented counseling that enhances and develops client strengths. She provides counseling services to children, adolescents and adults. Christine has been working in private practice since 1999. She possesses a unique ability to work specifically with individuals with developmental disabilities.  Christine primarily utilizes cognitive-behavior based therapy techniques in her practice with her patients.

Brad Pagan, Billing Specialist

Brad began working at BWCC in October 2013.  Brad handles all of the billing for the practice including insurance claim billing and posting of payments from patients and insurance payors.  Brad graduated from the University of Maryland with his B.A. in Psychology in 2013.  Brad’s interests include sports, especially baseball.

Lisa Kane, Office Manager

Lisa is in charge of all the new client scheduling and is always happy to help clients find the right therapist, day, and time to come in. She works hard to keep waiting lists short so that clients do not have to wait lengthy periods of time before they see a therapist. Lisa deals extensively with the insurance companies to help determine what each client’s benefits cover for therapy services.

Rebekah Schramm, 
Administrative Assistant

Rebekah was born and raised locally in Crofton, MD. She attended South River High School where, during her senior year, she completed several college courses at Anne Arundel Community College through the high school’s Jump Start program. After high school she began working full-time while earning an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Anne Arundel Community College. After having jobs in the customer service field, she moved into a receptionist role at Annapolis Christian Counseling Center. Using that experience, she was able to move to the receptionist position at Baltimore Washington Counseling Center and was quickly promoted to Administrative Assistant.

Kalyn Davis, Receptionist

Kalyn is a graduate of North County High School and is our main receptionist at BWCC. She is very dedicated to her work and enjoys conversations with everyone she meets. She is very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of everyday work life at BWCC. She loves animals, especially penguins. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her family.


Kristie Boffen, Receptionist

Kristie is a graduate of Chesapeake High School and holds a Creative Writing Degree from Anne Arundel Community College. In her spare time she enjoys doing yoga, playing video games, and spending much of her time at church. She is an animal lover, especially birds and penguins. Her future goal is to become a fiction or song writer. Currently, she is one of our part-time receptionists who is always willing to be a helpful hand.

Jenna Bailey, Receptionist

Jenna is a graduate of Ponaganset High School, class of 2010. She holds her B.A. in Psychology, from Rhode Island College as of 2016. She will be receiving her Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work as of May 2019. Jenna enjoys hanging out with her puppy and spending time with her fiance and his family. She has a love for all animals and wishes she could have tons of dogs! She is very dedicated to becoming a Clinical Social Worker and hopes to open her own private practice someday.
